Chalopy PBR 

Faux ZB.. China made Skyteam PBR, customized Chalopy style.

 Finished it a while ago.

Basically traded some Honda parts for a PBR in a rather sorry state.

Idea was riding it as is. But hell no, can't do that.  

Made alloy backstep brackets for the Tarozzi controls as well as numerous other 

doodads to get it going again.

 Added a faddybike alloy swingarm with a KYB MGS210 rearshock and 3-spoke Chaly wheels, since I don't like discbrakes an alloy bracket was made to be able to use a drumbrake in front, the brakeplate itself in the frontwheel is actually a rearbrake item. Rebuild forks with stiffer oil and Ariete gaitors, old alloy headlight clamps with a Yamaha FS1 headlight. NHK steering damper. Cut Takegawa frontfender with homemade clamps. Lucas taillamp. Seating is stock albeit with the foam and cover removed. Sits fine as is.

 

 

The engine had been gathering dust for several years, it was built from various engine parts.

 

 

TRX90 starter, ported 6V C70 Passport cylinderhead, 12V 52mm stroker crankshaft, 12V C50C engine cases, 54mm bore alloy cylinder,  6V S65 camshaft, 12V 3-speed C50C gearbox and 12V C50C clutch with stiffer springs, Mikuni TM24 with Monkey-R manifold, because of the pull starter the shifteraxle is used from a C90M electric start because of it's lenght, G-Craft shift support added with an extra spacer to keep the axle from bending.. Topped with a Faddybike stainless steel exhaust. Cooler and fittings from China.

And for the record, I just used basic tools, a handrill, bunch of files and a handsaw.. It shows..
